Ferrari are launching a new limited edition special series of cars called Icona, that draw inspiration from the most evocative Ferraris of the 1950s while featuring todays advanced sports car technology. The first two cars entered into this exclusive series are the Ferrari Monza SP1 and SP2.
Both the SP1 and SP2 feature an impressive power to weight ratio thanks to the use of carbon-fibre in construction for lower weight, and Ferraris most powerful engine, the 6.5L V12 from the 812 Superfast. The Ferrari Monza SP2 differs from it’s sibling the SP1 by including an extra seat and allowing more flexibility as a road car. Both cars make do with the same mechanical package and performance figures. The only exception being the slightly heavier weight of the SP2 due to the extra seat.
