Chevrolet introduced the most track-capable Corvette in the brand’s history – the 2015 Corvette Z06. It stretches the performance envelope for Corvette with unprecedented levels of aerodynamic downforce, at least 625 horsepower from an all-new supercharged engine, and an all-new, high-performance eight-speed automatic transmission – all building on the advanced driver technologies introduced on the Corvette Stingray.

“The new Z06 delivers levels of performance, technology and design that rival the most exotic supercars in the world,” said Mark Reuss, president, General Motors North America. “And the Z06 leverages the engineering expertise of GM, offering the choice of two world-class transmissions, supercar performance without supercar fuel consumption and technologies that make it easier to fully enjoy the incredible experience of driving it.”

Chevrolet introduced the Corvette  C7 Edition – a road-going, track-capable homage to the Corvette Racing C7.R racecars. It’s offered in Corvette Racing’s signature yellow livery – or black – with coordinated exterior and interior accents.

Only 500 examples of the C7.R Edition will be built and all will include the Z07 Performance Package with carbon ceramic brakes, as well as a specially serialized vehicle identification number.

The Z51 Corvette package for 2016 includes a 6.2-liter V-8 engine that generates 460 horsepower and 460-pound feet of torque. When car buyers bring home the Stingray, they’ll be driving a sports car with a seven-speed manual transmission and a paddle-shift eight-speed automatic transmission. The Stingray’s powertrain lets drivers reach a speed of 60 miles per hour in just 3.8 seconds.

With the Z51 performance package, Chevy added brake-cooling ducts along with a distinctive rear spoiler and air deflectors to enhance the car’s track capability. The car company also equipped the Corvette with brakes that are front and rear power assist to provide a controlled stop. Chevy offers various wheel sizes for the ‘Vette that range from 18 inches to 20 inches.

The Activ trim does its best SUV impression thanks to body cladding and a roof rack. A refreshed Spark hits dealers in fall 2018.

Chevrolet introduced the all-new 2016 Malibu  a completely restyled midsize sedan engineered to offer more efficiency, connectivity and advanced safety features than ever.

An all new hybrid power train, which leverages technology from the Chevrolet Volt, will offer an estimated combined fuel economy rating exceeding 45 mpg. The Malibu’s standard 1.5L turbo power train is projected to offer 37 mpg highway.

The 2016 Malibu is also longer and lighter, with more interior space and improved fuel efficiency. Its wheelbase has been stretched close to four inches (101 mm), and it is nearly 300 pounds (136 kg) lighter than the current model.

Chevy’s flagship sedan is no longer the queen of the rental fleet it’s handsomely designed, with a roomy, well-trimmed cabin. Either an inline-four or a robust   V-6 drives the front wheels via a six-speed automatic transmission. The driving experience is good, with a well-damped ride and respectable handling that belies the car’s large size.

The Impala also has the latest electronics standard, including a Wi-Fi hotspot and an 8.0-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Chevrolet revealed the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette C7 Stingray Convertible at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. With an estimated 450 horsepower (335 kW) and 450 lb-ft. of torque (610 Nm), the 2014 Stingray is the most powerful standard Corvette in history.

The Corvette Stingray coupe and convertible will arrive in global markets in late 2013. Changes for Corvettes destined for export vary only in equipment required to accommodate the respective markets’ regulations, such as lighting, headlamp washers, and outside mirrors.

All of the performance technology and capabilities introduced on the Corvette Stingray coupe carry over to the convertible. The only structural changes are limited to accommodations for the folding top and repositioned safety belt mounts. Central to the Corvette Stingray’s driving experience is an all-new, more rigid aluminum frame structure, which is 57 percent stiffer and 45 kg lighter than the current steel frame.
